    It arrives by email straight away. Use it from any device, and pass it to anyone in the family who has photos. Printed photos work too. They can take one photo of several prints at once, and each print becomes its own photo.

Questions families ask first

What does the $649 include?
We build the whole slideshow: every photo framed by hand and checked twice, old prints straightened, video clips playing with their own sound, in age order if you ask, your music arranged through the film, your words on the opening and closing slides, and unlimited changes until it feels right. You get a full HD video that plays anywhere, a memorial page to watch it on with a QR code for the program, and a private link for family to send photos in.
What happens after I send the form?
Your private photo link arrives by email straight away, with the invoice. Send photos as soon as you like, and pass the link to anyone in the family who has some. We start building once the invoice is paid, and you have a first version to watch soon after.
Can I still have a say in it?
Yes. The page your photos land on is yours: see it take shape and arrange the order as the photos arrive, choose the look, and pick the photo that opens it. Or leave all of that to us.
Will it be ready before the service?
Yes. Ready the day before the service, or your money back. Tell us the date and pay the invoice, and keep sending photos right up to the night before. The finished film will be on your page, ready to watch and download, by the end of the day before. If it is not, we refund the full price and still finish it for you. After that, we keep making changes until it feels right.
How many photos should I send?
Send everything you have and let us choose. Most families send between one hundred and three hundred photographs, and every one of them gets its moment on screen. Video clips are welcome too. If there are more, we will tell you what we think is worth leaving out.
Will it play on the screen at the funeral home?
Yes. You get a full HD MP4, which plays on televisions, projectors, laptops and phones. Hand a USB drive to the funeral home or send them the file. There is also a page to watch it on, with a QR code you can put in the program.
Can we choose the music?
Yes. Send songs of your own and we will arrange them through the film, or we use one of our gentle, service-appropriate tracks.Songs families choose for a funeral slideshow
Are the photos private?
Yes. They are stored securely, are not shared with anyone, and are not used for anything else. If you ever want them deleted, email hello@myembrance.com and we confirm within 24 hours.
What if the photos are prints in an album?
Photograph them with your phone, straight from the album, and send those. We frame each one by hand, so a page or a border in the picture is ours to deal with, not yours.How to photograph old prints with your phone
Can we have a plaque for the headstone?
Yes. Once the slideshow is ready, its page offers a metal plaque etched with a QR code, and with their photo when it is large enough to etch clearly. Visitors scan it at the grave to open the memorial page and watch the film. The plaque is $49.The memorial QR plaque
