Anyone with it adds photos from a phone or computer, including photos of old prints. The one person you name picks the theme and the music and can arrange the film. Everyone else just adds photos.

- What does Embrance do for a funeral home?
- It takes the tribute video off your staff. You sign up once, name the family and hand them a link, they add photos from their own phones, and a finished full HD film comes back before the service, ending on your funeral home's name and logo.
- How are photos collected from the family?
- One link, or a printed card with the same link for the arrangement packet. Every branch of the family adds photos from their own phones. There is no app to install and no account to create, and nobody on your staff has to chase anyone for attachments.
- Does the funeral home have to build the slideshow?
- No. A finished film comes back in time for the service. A director who wants to be hands on can open the dashboard, see every family in one place, and arrange or fix anything themselves, but none of it is required.
- What does the family receive?
- A full HD video that plays on the chapel screen, a laptop or a phone; a page to watch it on and share, with a QR code for the program; and a film that ends on your funeral home's name and logo.
- Will it play on the chapel screen?
- Yes. The output is a standard MP4 that plays on TVs, projectors and laptops, and the memorial page streams it to any phone. Nothing about the file depends on our software being present at the service.
- What does the family see?
- Yours. The invite and the finished film arrive as your funeral home via Embrance, with your logo at the top and replies going to you. The page they add photos on and the page they watch the film on carry your name and logo. The film ends on your name. Embrance is the small line that says who prepared it.
- Does Embrance replace Tukios?
- No. Tukios is a platform that also covers websites, obituaries, TV delivery and DVDs. Embrance is only the tribute video, built so the family does the collecting, and it runs alongside whatever the home already uses.
- What does it cost a funeral home?
- It is free for the funeral homes in the pilot, and we are keeping that group small on purpose. It will not be free afterwards: it will be a small fee per slideshow, so you pay for the films we make and a month with no services costs you nothing.
