Production & Fulfillment

Embrance offers three types of products, each with its own fulfillment flow.

Custom & personalized products

Funeral programs, prayer cards, posters, guest books, and personalized cremation urns are made to order after you place your order. Production typically takes 1–3 business days before the item ships.

Ready-to-ship products

Keepsake urns are kept in stock and ship the same or next business day.

Digital downloads

Digital products are delivered instantly. There is no production time and no shipping involved. After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link immediately on screen and via your order confirmation email. No shipping address is required for digital-only orders.

Physical products (custom and ready-to-ship) ship free via UPS Ground within the United States, with paid express options available at checkout (see below).

If your order contains both physical and digital items, the digital items will be delivered instantly after checkout while the physical items follow the normal production and shipping timeline described above.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with faster paid options available at checkout.

  • UPS Ground (Free): Estimated delivery within 1–5 business days after shipment
  • UPS 2-Day Express ($12.00): Estimated delivery within 2 business days after shipment
  • UPS Next Day Standard ($25.00): Estimated delivery within 1 business day after shipment
  • UPS Next Day AM ($42.00): Next business day morning delivery

We understand that memorial services are time-sensitive. Expedited delivery options are available so you can receive your order when you need it most.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped from our facility in Massachusetts via UPS.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information on replacements.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped.
