Production Time

Because every Embrance product is personalized and made to order, each item goes through a production process before shipping. Our live customizer gives you an instant preview — what you see on screen is exactly what gets printed. Production begins as soon as you place your order and typically takes 1-3 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with faster paid options available at checkout.

  • UPS Ground (Free): Estimated delivery within 1-5 business days after shipment
  • UPS 2-Day Express ($12.00): Estimated delivery within 2 business days after shipment
  • UPS Next Day Standard ($25.00): Estimated delivery within 1 business day after shipment
  • UPS Next Day AM ($42.00): Next business day morning delivery

We understand that memorial services are time-sensitive. Expedited delivery options are available so you can receive your order when you need it most.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped from our facility in Massachusetts via UPS.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for information on replacements.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped.
