How long does it take to get my slideshow?: After you purchase, your slideshow is ready and emailed to you within minutes. There's no wait for a videographer.
What photos and videos can I use?: Photos from any phone or computer work. Common formats are accepted: JPG, PNG, HEIC, and WebP. Short video clips in MP4 or MOV are supported too. You can upload up to 300 photos and 5 video clips per slideshow.
Will it play on the screen at the funeral home?: Yes. Your slideshow is delivered as a standard MP4. It plays on TVs, projectors, laptops, and phones. You can hand a USB drive to the funeral home or share the file directly.
What if some of my photos are old or blurry?: Use them anyway. We'll do our best with what you have. A photo of a photo works.
What if I have hundreds of photos?: It works. The slideshow accepts up to 300 photos. We fit them into a complete slideshow so nothing gets cut off awkwardly. If you're over the limit, just pick your favorites.
Can I make changes after I order?: Your slideshow is built as soon as you complete checkout. If you need a change, email us at support@myembrance.com and we'll help.
Is there a refund policy?: Yes. If something is wrong with your slideshow, contact us within 7 days and we'll issue a full refund.
