How long does it take to get my slideshow?
The preview is instant. Add your photos and it comes together live in your browser, with no waiting for exports, no render times and no purchase needed. When you check out, the downloadable video file is emailed to you a few minutes later.
What photos and videos can I use?
Photos from any phone or computer work. Common formats are accepted: JPG, PNG, HEIC, and WebP. Short video clips in MP4 or MOV are supported too. You can upload up to 300 photos and 5 video clips per slideshow.
Will it play on the screen at the funeral home?
Yes. Your slideshow is delivered as a standard MP4. It plays on TVs, projectors, laptops, and phones. You can hand a USB drive to the funeral home or share the file directly.
What if some of my photos are old or blurry?
Use them anyway. We'll do our best with what you have. A photo of a photo works.
My photos are on my phone, or spread across the family. What then?
Start with whatever you have on hand, then create a link from inside the slideshow. Open that link on your phone and your camera roll is right there, or send it to relatives so they can add theirs. Everything lands in the same slideshow and you stay in charge of the order.
What if I have hundreds of photos?
The slideshow holds up to 300 photos, more than enough for most services. Every photo you upload gets its moment on screen. If you have more than 300, choose the ones that matter most.
Can I choose the music? Will it play on social media?
Yes to both. You can pick from our library of grief-appropriate tracks. Every song is fully licensed, so your slideshow won't get muted or flagged when you share it on Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube.
Can I save it and come back later?
Yes. Create a free account and we'll keep your photos and your slideshow, so you can pick up where you left off on any device. Without an account it only lives in that browser tab, so closing the tab loses your work.
Are my photos private?
Yes. Your photos are stored securely, never shared with anyone, and never used for anything else. You can email us to request deletion at any time and we'll confirm within 24 hours.
Can I make changes after I order?
The downloadable video is built as soon as you complete checkout. Before that, during the browser preview, you can change photos, order, and settings freely. If you need a change after checkout, email us at hello@myembrance.com and we'll help.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
