Custom Products Policy

At Embrance, we create custom memorial products tailored specifically to your loved one. Because each item is personalized and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds on custom products once production has begun. Production begins as soon as your order is placed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because each product is personalized and made to order, all custom memorial products are final sale once production has begun. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind on custom items.

  • Before production begins: Full refund available upon request
  • After production begins: No returns, exchanges, or refunds — materials have been customized for your order

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@myembrance.com. We will confirm whether production has started on your order.

Defect & Damage Coverage

While we cannot offer refunds on custom products, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will either replace it at no cost or provide a full refund:

  • Defective or damaged materials
  • Printing errors or quality issues
  • Product not produced to the approved specifications
  • Items damaged during shipping

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos showing the issue with your product
  3. A description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Before production begins: Full refund available
  • After production begins: No refund available, as materials have been customized for your order

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
