2. Our Services
Embrance provides custom memorial products including funeral posters, programs, prayer cards, and cremation urns. Each product is personalized based on the information and images you provide.
Our services include:
- Online product customization tools
- Live design preview and customization
- Professional printing and production
- Shipping and delivery
3. Ordering Process
When you place an order:
- You customize your product using our live design editor
- You preview your design in real time — what you see is what gets printed
- When you place your order, production begins immediately
- Your completed product is shipped to you
Please review your design carefully before placing your order. Once your order is placed and production begins, changes cannot be made and refunds are not available for custom products (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
4. Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and shipping information
- Review your design carefully before ordering
- Only upload content you have the right to use
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Pay for orders in full using valid payment methods
5. Content You Provide
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload to create your products. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of creating your ordered products.
You represent that you have the right to use all content you upload, including photographs and text, and that such content does not infringe on any third party's rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, templates, layouts, and other creative elements provided by Embrance are our intellectual property. You may use these elements only as part of products ordered through our service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for other purposes without our written permission.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through Shopify.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method. Free ground shipping is included on all U.S. orders, with express options available.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We strive to produce and ship orders as quickly as possible. Custom and personalized products enter production as soon as your order is placed, typically taking 1–3 business days before shipment. Ready-to-ship products (such as keepsake urns) ship the same or next business day. Delivery times vary based on shipping method. We currently ship within the United States only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Embrance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any products purchased.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
