Welcome to Embrance. By accessing and using our website at myembrance.com and our custom memorial product services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Embrance provides memorial slideshows and custom memorial products including funeral posters, programs, prayer cards, and cremation urns. Each product is personalized based on the information, images, and music you provide.

Please review your design carefully before placing your order. Once your order is placed and production begins, changes cannot be made and refunds are not available for custom products (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
When using our services, you agree to:
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, text, and music you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of creating, previewing, delivering, and hosting your ordered products, including the memorial page a slideshow is shared from.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to use all content you upload, including photographs, video, text, and any song or recording, and that using it in your product does not infringe the rights of any third party. For music this means the right to combine that recording with images in a video, which is a separate permission from owning a copy of the song or having it in a streaming library. Anyone who adds a song through a link you share makes the same representation for that song.
We do not select, source, or supply commercial recordings. The music in your product is the music you and your family provide, or a track from our own library. Where a slideshow is shared publicly on a third party platform, that platform may mute or remove copyrighted audio; that is outside our control.
We may remove or disable content on receipt of a valid notice of claimed infringement, as described under Copyright Complaints below.
All designs, templates, layouts, and other creative elements provided by Embrance are our intellectual property. You may use these elements only as part of products ordered through our service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for other purposes without our written permission.
All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through Shopify.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method. Free ground shipping is included on all U.S. orders, with express options available.
We strive to produce and ship orders as quickly as possible. Custom and personalized products enter production as soon as your order is placed, typically taking 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Ready-to-ship products (such as keepsake urns) ship the same or next business day. Delivery times vary based on shipping method. We currently ship within the United States only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Embrance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any products purchased.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Embrance and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from content you upload or that is uploaded through a link you share, including any claim that a photograph, video, text, or song used in your product infringes the rights of a third party.
We respect the rights of copyright holders and respond to notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. How to send a notice or a counter notice, and our policy on repeat infringers, are set out on our Copyright page.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
