Embrance provides custom memorial products including funeral posters, programs, prayer cards, and cremation urns. Each product is personalized based on the information and images you provide.

Please review your design carefully before placing your order. Once your order is placed and production begins, changes cannot be made and refunds are not available for custom products (see our Refund Policy for details).
When using our services, you agree to:
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload to create your products. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of creating your ordered products.
You represent that you have the right to use all content you upload, including photographs and text, and that such content does not infringe on any third party's rights.
All designs, templates, layouts, and other creative elements provided by Embrance are our intellectual property. You may use these elements only as part of products ordered through our service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for other purposes without our written permission.
All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method. Free ground shipping is included on all U.S. orders, with express options available.
We strive to produce and ship orders as quickly as possible. Production begins as soon as your order is placed and typically takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on shipping method. We currently ship within the United States only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Embrance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any products purchased.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
